Toe jobs: Bollywood style

Bollywood, love or loathe it, cannot be faulted for its detail and authenticity when it comes to period clothing, causing in many instances a renaissance in the older styles. The beauty and grace of traditional apparel is seen by many designers as inspiration for everyday fashion. A few slight changes in cuts, designing and style, and the traditional Indian dress takes on a popular international appeal. Traditional clothing is incomplete without the appropriate traditional accessories and ‘nagras,’ flat sandals, are cutting a swathe for both males and females. Can be worn plain or bejewelled and hand embroidered.
