Pregnancy: Hell on heels
Fashion stylist Rachel Zoe likes her high heels and refuses to step down even although she is, seven months pregnant. Some gynaecologist s are alarmed at the number of women wearing high heeled shoes during pregnancy. Due to changes in body shape during pregnancy women are more prone to falls. Woman gain will on average gain between of 20 to 30 pounds during pregnancy which does affect the position of the centre of gravity. Experts suggest wearing lower heels can help support the body.
