Grim find in Tulsa

When the Tulsa Police were called to the retention pond recently where they confirmed a grim find of a human foot (left) contained within a female Saucony Jazz trainer (size 9). A woman walking his dog came across the The macabre, badly decomposed foot which experts believe has been in the pond for some time. The TulsaPolice Homicide Unit released a photo of the shoe in the hope someone might recognise it.
