CAMiLEON Heels have a patented adjustable-height technology incorporated into the shoe which allows the wearer to adjust from a 3¼” high heel to a 1½” low heel position without taking off their shoes. The wearer transforms the heel height of their shoes in seconds, as often as needed or desired. The heel’s innovative stainless steel shank has a locking mechanisms and screw attachment to the shoe which provides the opportunity to reduce the amount of time spend in the high heel position but without changing shoes. The adjustable-height heel technology incorporated into every pair of CAMiLEON Heels was conceived and developed by a radiologist with a special interest in musculoskeletal problems and inspired by seeing women walk to work in sneakers. The adjustable-height heel technology is designed to alleviate the numerous problems associated with wearing high heels for extended periods of time. It has taken years to perfect and test market the technology. CAMiLEON Heel Technology, LLC currently holds patents in Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, China, Russia, Mexico, India and Brazil. Additionally the company has patents pending in the USA, which is expected to finalize in early 2013 as well as Korea, Canada, Europe and Taiwan.
