UK men spend more on shoes
According to market research provider Mintel the British male shopper now spends more on shoes than his female counterpart. Men, it appears, are becoming more focused on their appearance and demand for designer menswear is booming. A new men's shoe department in London's Selfridges carries a stock of 3,000 styles making it the biggest men's shoe department in world.
