Diemme Footwear: Four wheel fashion statement
Calzaturificio Diemme was founded by Dennis and Maico Signor in 1992. In collaboration with Blender Agency, GMT Tokyo, and Swedish distributor MnO International, Calzaturificio Diemme make Diemme Footwear. The collection ranges from sneakers and lighter footwear to hunting and mountaineering boots readapted for city use. The ambition of Diemme Footwear is to produce the highest quality goods with an exceptional level of comfort, with progressive and innovative designs as well as sharply executed takes on classic footwear styles. The leather used is from Italian tanneries as well as imported leathers from world-famous tanneries like Horween Leather, C.F. Stead and Eduard Gallusser AG. Fabrics are from Italian suppliers Morelli Tessuti and Limonta, and imported fabrics from German Sympatex and Swiss Schoeller Textiles AG. All other components are of Italian origin. The Fall 2013 collection features some supremely heavy-duty models re-purposed for the city, both hardy and office-appropriate.
